RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scientific Exchange that enables Company to benefit from the expertise, knowledge and insights of external healthcare stakeholders and sharing those insights with other functions within company, where appropriate;
Developing the best possible working relationships between the organization and stakeholders.
Activities that are supportive of Commercial Activities and Promotional Activities (e.g., review of the promotional materials, training of Company field sales representatives, support of Commercial of securing access and reimbursement for our products and training of promotional speakers).
Leading, coaching, and motivating team- members in MA department.
Development of core medical plan and strategy aligned with the priorities set out in the integrated global brand or regional/ local strategic brand plan;
Verifying that projects and tasks are conducted according to good clinical practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other compliance standards.
Participating in meetings with senior management and attending external meetings and congresses on behalf of the company.
Responding to unsolicited request for medical information (MIE);
Scientific and medical discussions regarding evolving trends in disease state managements and trends in therapy;
REQUIREMENTS:
Proactive "can do" attitude and passion for the science related to the products and associated therapeutic area.
Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills
Accept to travel approximately 60%.
Handling of multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure
Medical Doctor or Pharmacist degree, preferably with specialization and/or clinical experience in the relevant therapeutic area(s).
Professional personal appearance.
Good communication in English
Good at the computer as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience within a clinical drug development environment preferred.
Strong scientific baseline knowledge in therapeutic area, clinical trials methods, implementation and interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to learn more in depth in therapeutic areas.
