Follow and implement our marketing campaign by using the tools and materials defined by the marketing department (products, speech, promotion programs, events, assortment, display).
As a Medical Representative, your responsibilities are to represent our brand for the medical channel: hospitals, clinics, doctors, visit and develop the sales of our brand. You will develop the medical SKUs of the brand.
Respect the company policy and make sure our retailers respect it. Develop the relationship with the hospitals and doctors, pharmacies. Develop your customers&039; portfolio

Follow the sales performance of your customers.
Look and find new customers
Increase the visibility of the brand
To propose new actions to develop our sales
Plan and visit your customers daily
Implement the sales support provided by the company (promotion, samples, combo…)
Make sure that our customers respect our policies
Develop the sales and advises on the medical SKU to develop the brand image
Take purchase orders from customers
Prepare the visits to have a successful full sales and good marketing campaign implementation
Increase sell in and sell out
Customer’s Relationship
Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other customers to promote company medications.
Distribute samples, information to practitioners
Provide after- sales service
Win new customers, as well as develop long- term relationships with existing ones
Organize conferences, Group events, Make presentations to doctors, practice staff, and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists
Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers
Training
Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company,
Participate in the company&039;s training courses and test
Merchandising
Make sure that the presentation of the products are respected
Set display to increase the visibility in stores
Change tester and samples if necessary
Follow and implement our planogram and merchandising policy at each visit
Set merchandising tools produced by marketing departments in- store (wobbler, shelf, display…)
Market information
Keep detailed records of all contacts
Researching competitor’s medications and their respective market performances. Keeping current with the competition&039;s products, service offerings, and activities
Collect all the information from customers: the habit of using products, operation, requirements
Marketing
Respect and follow the brand image and speech
Introduce to your customers and implement the marketing campaign
Use the tools provided by the company
Follow the marketing Campaign prepared by the company
Take part in the development of the brand image
Reporting
Report essential information from the market and the competitor
Report the field activity and the information collected on the field (visit, customers, sales)
Events
Negotiate and implement events and activities with your customers (group discussion, …)
Support team in the coordination of events
