· Job title: Medical Representative (Hospital & Clinic).
· Location: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.
· Brands: Multiple in healthcare.
· Expected on- board date: within September- 24.
· Channels: Hospital & clinic (ETC).
ROLES
To deliver agreed sales targets & marketing activities to drive revenue & market share growth of all responsible brands within potential customer base in assigned territory in hospital & clinic (ETC) channel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop & frequently update customer base as ideal customer profile (ICP) to promote all responsible brands & manage to build up all good relationships to maximize customer satisfaction.
· 100% in compliance with Docquity working culture & spirit.
· Preparing sales/brand/customer report with intensive performance analysis & recommendations in monthly, quarterly & yearly business review.
· Communicate with customers to deploy all trade promotion programs (discount, FOC, rebate, etc.) to maximize all brands’ availability & sales results.
· Responsible for sales forecast accuracy for multiple brands and monitor stock level at customer level to ensure sufficient supply vs. demand.
· Frequently gather market intelligence (market trends, competitors, in target brand/customer/consumer matrix) and then provide extensive reporting with advisable initiatives.
· Ensure 100% call plan execution with target customer list (plan, execute, report) with right frequency and within timeline designated to ensure full coverage.
· Develop and execute sales/brand/customer development plan in alignment with corporate directions.
· Communicate with customers to deploy or support all trade marketing activities (group detailing, display, activation, symposium, etc.) to maximize all brands’ visibility & sales results.
