Recognize and warmly welcome regular guests, returning guests, Meliá Rewards members, and VIPs.
Record all significant matters and occurrences in the Duty Log on a daily basis.
Demonstrate efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and the highest standard of social and communication skills.
Handle guest luggage carefully by transporting it from the vehicle to the luggage trolley, ensuring all items are treated with care.
Report for duty at the time specified on the departmental roster, wearing the full company uniform and name badge correctly.
Coordinate with taxi services to provide fast and efficient transportation for hotel guests.
Ensure the main entrance, driveway, and car park are kept clear, organized, and clean at all times.
Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by superiors.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the city to confidently provide directions and recommendations to guests.
Manage and coordinate traffic flow along the hotel driveway.

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort is preferred.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, courteous, and a team player with problem- solving skills.
Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
Strong knowledge of the local area to provide accurate directions and recommendations.
