Operations & Strategic Management
• Monitor preventative maintenance plans, technical incidents, and strict hygiene- sanitary audits in kitchens and other hotel facilities.
• Lead the hotel&039;s Annual Action Plan and integrate corporate sustainability (ESG) strategies into daily operations, ensuring the measurement of non- financial indicators.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all hotel operational departments to ensure overall excellence, standard operating procedures (SOPs) compliance, and internal/external customer satisfaction.
Product, Brand & Guest Experience
• Act as the ultimate host within the hotel, leading the client strategy and service definitions specifically for VIP guests.
• Manage customer service, handle complaints, and support Guest Experience (GEX) action plans to improve overall brand NPS and satisfaction results.
• Supervise operational relationships with third- party/outsourced partners.
Financial, Sales & Revenue
• Drive on- site revenue through upselling initiatives and maximize in- house revenue opportunities.
• Participate in budget preparations, manage operational audit compliance, and perform daily authorized signatures for hotel cash controls.
Human Resources & Talent Development
• Interview and validate final candidates for Heads of Department (HoDs), support the validation of Assistant HoDs, and lead the overall onboarding process.
• Analyze daily operational workforce demands and authorize staff numbers based on hotel occupancy levels.
• Promote service culture and brand induction, identify training needs, and act as the hotel Head of Emergencies regarding occupational safety.
Loyalty & Sustainability Programs
• Ensure optimal implementation of the MeliáRewards program, tracking membership capture, redemption, and team training compliance.
• Enforce the hotel&039;s evacuation plan, self- protection manuals, risk assessments, and ethical program guidelines
Yêu cầu công việc
• Hands- on leadership style with strong field presence and guest engagement
• Minimum 10 years of experience within international hotel brands
• Strong Rooms Division operational background is essential
• Strong knowledge of hotel operational standards, SOP implementation, and quality assurance
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Proven success as Hotel Manager, EAM Rooms, Resident Manager, Director of Operations, or a similar leadership role
• Experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is preferred
• Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills
• Previous experience in large inventory hotels (500+ rooms preferred)
