• Work with the Training Manager to develop annual hotel training plans and prepare quarterly reports to management.
• Conducted orientations, hotel products and services, and other training courses that were assigned by the training manager to the newcomers.
• Develops and maintains the hotel&039;s training library.
• Maintains employee, supervisory and management records of training.
• Cooperate with the training manager to create a hotel training plan and budget.
• Coordinates functions and activities with other department heads and department trainers.
• Counsels employees as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development, employee relations etc.
• Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to training association members, training, and personnel staff from competitor hotels and other members of the local community.
• Keeps up a proper training documents and materials.
• All the training matters are to be kept strictly confidential.
• Develops and implements programs to ensure employee security and safety.
• Support the Training Manager in setting up and organising the training programs: Train The Trainer, Coaching in the workplace…
• Coordinates and executes employees’ social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Monitors present and future trends, practices, and systems in the training field and makes recommendations related to them.
• Implements and monitors effective employee relations and motivation programs in the hotel.

LANGUAGES: Good level of English
WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Training Skills, Soft Skills, Basic Training Courses for hotel staff
