Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures.
Assist in building and developing candidate database, functional tools
Conduct recruitment activities (mass & HODs)
Work with consultant/ headhunt services firm to post job or search right people
Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time
Responsible for interview and selection

Employer Branding

Assist in building relationship with Universities/ Organizations, join career events, organize workshops
Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding
Promote company brand through social network channels: Linkedin, Fanpage, Facebook.....

On- boarding and admin tasks

Do paper workds and other tasks for new employees
Guide new employees to do orientation and company tour

Other tasks are assigned by direct Recruitment Manager

Good level of English
Specific knowledge in Recruitment
2 years in a similar position in large hotels/ resorts or international companies
