[Melia Vinpearl - South region] - Cluster Marketing Coordinator base in HCM

Work together with hotel’s operations teams to guarantee the success of any marketing activity
Understand the hotel’s business and needs and convey this information to the Central Management team
Coordinates various media and marketing activities and events at the hotels or area of responsibility
Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property.
Supervise the hotels social media marketing strategy as well as create and collect content that can feed the account community management
Support in establishing clearly USP of the hotels
Compile and prepare reports for management showing results (KPIs and ROI).
Oversee and coordinates hotel photo shooting and video shooting
Monitor and analyse competitor, market trends and sales data, and use this information when developing strategies
Coordinate media and KOL FAM trips at the hotels
Make sure hotels collaterals and stationary complies with the brand standards
Participates in the preparation of strategic hotel marketing planning
Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

Specific knowledge: Marketing plan and strategy, Public Relations Management
1- 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies.
Fluent English
