Mep Manager

Responsibilities:
· Analyse the technical solutions to make a basic for the Owner to decide the final option.
· Act as the focal point for managing and coordinating the work of MEP team to coordinate with other departments to carry out design consultancy work.
· Present and good communication in English when work with the Owner.
· Control budget, manage BOQ and cost estimate as aspect of design consultant.
· Advise Design Director, Technical Manager, Project Manager on design options.
· Work with the Owners and partners as a manager of MEP team.
· Check and control the calculation and design products of the MEP team to ensure that the design documents are implemented in accordance with the Regulations and Standards.

Experiences:
· Over 10 years experience in relative industry in Civil & Industrial design (Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC).
· 3~5 years experience as MEP Manager/Seniority in design work (Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC).
· Over 10 years experience in design work of Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC for Highrise building, residence, commercial, resort, factory… project.
Skill:
· Understand Vietnamese and foreign Design standards well.
· Ability to plan, organize and coordinate the MEP team.
· Experience in working for Foreign companies is a priority.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to present and speak fluently in English and Technical English.
Education & Major:
· University or Master Degree
· Major: Electrical /Plumbing/HVAC
Professional Certification/Qualification /License:
· Grade 1 Practice Certificate in Mechanical Electrical Design or Plumbing Design.
Language:
· English : Good
