Our company group operates offices in Germany (head office), in Singapore and in Vietnam. Our Vietnamese company, namely MAC ENGINEERS, expands the scope of the engineering services by implementing of MEP engineering consulting services. Therefore, we are hiring motivated employee joining our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The position we are seeking for is an opportunity for business- driven individuals with excellent technical understanding of MEP consulting services.
Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks:
Report to General Director
MEP DEPARTMENT:
Planning & Implementation to set up the MEP planning department incl. standards, planning process, BIM work flow, recruitment & capacity building, CAPEX/OPEX, fee structure, cash flow projection, commissioning & operation
It is intended by the MAC shareholders to setup a legal entity under MAC ENGINEERS.
Shareholder involvement and coordination
PROJECTS:
Project management and control of the MEP planning process
Support of the planning team in creating BIM models of the MEP and plans in each design phases
Project Administration
Project Setup & Organization
Payment schedule monitoring
Progress monitoring, approved/ not approved drawing packages etc.
Project constraints & mitigation
Claims and additional service management
Tendering and proposals
Being the Contact Point to Clients/ Communication & Coordination with Clients on Delivery Schedule, Project Base Documents, Client’s requests, clarifications etc.,
Final Check of Deliverables “ready” to submit to Client.
Close Coordination with MEP Team Members (in- house and external) on Delivery Schedule and tasks etc.
Time and Quality Management / Responsible that Deliverables are in Compliance with the Contract Conditions, in particular time schedule and quality.
Project Filing including Receipt of Client’s Project Documents, Submittal of Deliverables to Client etc.
