Mep Manager

9PMP is seeking a MEP Manager to join our growing operations with experience across market sectors such as Residential/Commercial/Retail/Hospitality/Industry projects with high standard of finishes.
This position provides the opportunity to work with a truly innovative and passionate team, report to Project Director with key responsibilities and requirement below:
• Project management consultant, QA/QC.
• Manage all tendering processes, contracts awards and cost control.
• Coordinate MEP work with other relative activities
• Attend the meeting regarding the discussion of project aspects, especially in terms of technical constraints
• Prepare supporting documents for project management, from the initial stage to construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage interfaces on site between contractors.
• Ensure that on- site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
• Lead the project team to meet client requirement in terms of safety, quality, schedule and stakeholders&039; satisfaction.
• Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on site.
• Capable of controlling and supervising the finishing stage of the project
• Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
• Manage MEP contractors&039; work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
• Assess the main risks/Issues of the project. Update, report daily and weekly on Company&039;s AECIS System.
