MEP Manager & MEP Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical), MEP Design, MEP QS

*** MEP Engineer:
Conduct for the quality of work on site for MEP work
Report to Assistant MEP Manager, Assistant Mechanical Manager and Assistant Electrical Manager for all issues related to MEP construction
Check actural progress schedule on site for MEP work
Make a coordination site workers for MEP work
Coordination work with Construction Department and Design Department to achieve good quality of work
Make a coordination with all sub-contractors involved in the project on site for MEP work
Prepare the corrective and preventive action are handled promptly by sub-contractor for MEP work
Check the sub-contractors and method statement on site for MEP work
Support Assistant MEP Manager, Assistant Mechanical Manager and Assistant Electrical Manager for his all role & responsibilities
Check site progress to report the client and related department for MEP work
Prepare solutions for problems that arise during the construction process for MEP work
Any issue related to MEP department
*** MEP Coordinator:
Prepare technical advice for select appropriate construction method considering mechanical and electrial matter
Re-production of drawings for distribution
Check proposed plans, specifications and details for code compliance and feasibility
Report to MEP Design Manager, Assistant MEP Manager for all issues related to MEP design
Support MEP Design Manager, Assistant MEP Manager for his all role & responsibilities
Coordinate structural and architectural design department to check crash point
Prepare mechanical & electrical works shop drawings
Review all shop drawings before checking by the relevant Manager
Prepare transmittal of shop drawings for Consultants, and sub-contractors
Keeping of files and original and revised drawings to their proper location, document control
Any issue related to Design department
*** MEP QS Engineer:
LOA, Contract preparation and issuance to Parties
Checking work done from sub-contractor and clarify with Employer side
VO checking, document preparation and clarification with Subcontractor/ Employer
Review, conduct Bidder Technical Evaluation and Commercial comparision and report to QS Manager
Assist MEP QS Manager in Tender Clarification Queries
Report to MEP QS Manager all issues related to MEP QS works
Prepare document for related MEP Tendering works
Any other task from MEP Manager/QS Manager
Support MEP QS Manager for his all role & responsibilities
Checking, making BoQ for MEP packages
Accessment & clarification IPA/IPC from Sub-contractor and Employer side
