MEP Senior Engineer (Based in Dalat)

Be responsible to update the progress for their work scope to the supervisor
Highlight any site issues affecting time, cost, quality and safety of the construction works to the Project Manager, follow up with rectification works if required.
Understand and comply with authority regulations in inspection of construction works, prepare sufficient inspection documents and records as per authority regulation to form sufficient handover document for the project.
Be responsible for coordinating design issue with consultants and contractors to ensure timely execution of the works on site.
Be responsible for monitoring site schedule, coordinating with contractors and other relevant parties for execution of the construction works and all site matters including safety measures.
Accommodate and support Handover Unit Team as and when required to facilitate the handover process to the buyers.
Execute all functions relating to MEP works matters at site and work team members in coordinating drawings and updating information on project. Coordinate with other departments/relevant parties for updates and communications of contractor&039;s shop drawings and construction drawings.
Participating MEP work and checking contractor&039;s shop drawings and construction drawings.
Be responsible for the quality inspection works, ensuring the quality are complied with good construction standards, construction drawings and specification, approved method statement, procedures and design requirement, etc.
Follow the construction of all MEP works including inspection of all materials following approved specification and method statement.
Coordinating with Handover Unit Team for inspection of apartments, following up with contractors and relevant parties to ensure the defects are rectified properly before handing over to the buyers.
Be responsible for coordinating with contractors and other parties to ensure all defects are rectified according to the approved methods and prior to handover to the buyer.

• Engineer degree in relevant recruitment position and have at least 3-year site experience in the similar position in real estate projects.
• Having experience working for a developer or consultant will be
an added advantage.
• Have construction supervision license would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Must be able to communicate and write in English.
• Must be able to have good communication and convey the message thoroughly
• Possess positive attitude such as willing to learn, honest,
dynamic and good working behavior.
• Strictly follow integrity and anti-corruption policy of the
company.
