Mep Supervisor (Jobcode PD - CM - Se022)

Reviewing and approving of shop drawings submitted by the Contractor;
Ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity in order to provide quality assurance and safety standards in line with contractual requirements;
Inspecting temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contracts Documents and approved shop drawings and submissions;
Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works;
Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of works;
Responsible for designing and or reviewing the MEP consultants design as well as review specifications and technical drawings, undertaking the management of allocated resources;
Assisting with the inspection of completed work;
Review and evaluate the develop and observe the MEP systems for the projects;.;
Perform other assigned tasks;
Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may rise;

Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical is preferred
Able to work well with all levels of management and staff both internally and external
Experience in buildings, residences, offices, mixed use complexes.
Honest, careful, easy going, friendly
Knowledge in mechanical Specifications, codes, and standards
Good communication in English
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of a construction project
