MEPF Design Management Supervisor

- To contribute comment to make the master schedule. To make MEPF design detail schedule based on the master schedule. To organize, lead and/ or coordinate with the MEPF Design consultants, Verification Consultants, Fire Police, Appraisal Authorities, Internal departments of the Owner to proceed the works based on the contract, detail schedule, follow up and push the works to meet the deadline;
- To make all the MEPF Design management plan, design quality control procedure, design check list to lead the MEPF Design consultants to proceed the works meet the quality, technical requirement;
- To review, comment and report on the design tender document, tender assessment, contract and appendix document and do confirmation under and within the duty;
- To grab all MEPF Design contract, schedule and information to lead the MEPF Design consultants to proceed the works meet the budget, finance, contract requirement. To check, comment, report on the VO caused by design change, design interim/ final payment document (quantity, quality, contract term, conditions), do confirmation under and within the duty;
- To work with, hold the meeting, coordinate and support other departments, MEPF Design consultants, related parties to proceed the work, settle the conflicts and incidents;
- To update, collect all the new regulation, standard, norm relating to the MEPF Design and inform, update with all MEPF design consultants, internal departments;
- To organize and execute all the MEPF Design inspections, design change flow, design information request and reply, receiving, filing, monitoring. issuing and handing over works with MEPF Design consultant, internal departments, contractors, related parties;
- To support the site team as much as possible in the site design compliance, shop drawing checking;
- To report the design hazard, conflict, bad impact, predicted troubles and propose the solutions to the Manager, DH, BOD;
