Merchandise Assistant (Fashion Retail)

To support the line manager to achieve the business plan for sales, GP, sell through and effective stock management. This can be at division, sub category and sku level.
Provide precise product master data
To manage the merchandise mix to maximize sales and profit of a division within our department store business and our fashion business.
Other tasks assigned
Allocate stock to stores following assortment plan: right products, right stores, right time
Coordinate with related dept. such as Operation, Marketing, E- commerce on product information

Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail business and/or related field.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Possess advanced skill in Excel
Relevant experience within the fashion field or a retail sector in operations and / or sales management.
Knowledge of Retail industry and merchandising management
Strong analytical ability and good in data/figures
Excellent in English communication
