Merchandise Assistant Manager (Garment/sweaters)

Our Client is a FDI company in Vietnam. They would like to find a qualified Merchandise Assistant Manager (Garment/Sweater) who take responsibility of all daily working for shipment on time and closely work buyer/vendor all functions of Merchandiser AM.
Job Description
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and management across all functions to identify plant training needs and actions that are aligned with business growth workforce planning.
• Work closely with buyer/SBU and handle problems.
• Collaborate closely with the team to run order smoothly.
• Track, monitor and support production and sample development.
• Take responsibility for Knit/Sweater products of Merchandiser AM from development to ship out.
• Ensure that all requests from buyer are done well.

• Min 2 years solid experience in sweater production and well knowledge of sweater production operation.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage people
• At least 5 years in garment manufacture industry experience
• Bachelor Degree (garment/textile…)
• Good command of English
• Strong relationship management and comfortable in dealing with business leaders
