Merchandise - Bulk Production

- Follow- up order confirmations/delivery delays/supplier shortages with supplier.
- Take over the initial mail from Linea Aqua Sri Lanka and follow- up with suppliers.
- Work with Logistics team to ensure Raw material shipments are being delivered on time or call out delays when necessary.
- Work with Merch & Development teams when necessary to pull RM for Samples.
- Weekly exceptions to be monitored, published, and communicated to rest of the business.
- Weekly issue reviewing with LASL Team to resolve any concerns or issues.
- Follow up with supplier & finance team to ensure payments are being made to avoid delays on Raw Material.
- Follow and execute RM pull process to fulfil Cutting & Production requirements and timelines.
- Maintain stocks at warehouse/plant.
- Work with SL Merchants & CPU Team to finalize monthly Raw Material Scrap report.
- Work with relevant Merch team and Suppliers to ensure Raw Material Standards & Test Reports are being handed over to Lab for inspection.
- Coordinate with Lab to monitor & follow up on RM rejections.
- Follow- up with Linea Aqua Sri Lanka on the PO sent to supplier to monitor lead times given.
- Work alongside Planning to identify required PCDs & PSDs to ensure Raw Material stability.
- Communicate liability chart with Linea Aqua Sri Lanka (LASL) team.

Experience in Garment and textile is an advantage
Good knowledge about Microsoft office package (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
Good at English (4 skills)
At least 3 years in the same position or relevant fields
