Merchandise Buyer (Luxury Fashion)

* ABOUT THE JOB:
We are looking for a passionate and detail- oriented Merchandise Buyer to join our dynamic team in the luxury fashion industry- Saint Laurent, Tom Ford, Brunello Cucinelli, Givenchy, and Berluti. This position plays a key role in selecting, purchasing, and managing product assortments that reflect the brand’s DNA, meet sales targets, and resonate with our customers’ lifestyle and aspirations.
The roles and responsibilities of the Merchandise Buyer
include but are not limited to:
* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with the related teams to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Prepare regular reports on buying performance, sales results, and market insights for management review.
• Support the launch of new collections and coordinate with stores for effective roll- outs.
• Forecast and monitor product demand to maintain healthy stock levels and minimize overstock.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer insights to optimize product selection and stock replenishment.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, competitors’ collections, and market movements.
• Work closely with international and local suppliers to negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Plan and execute seasonal buying strategies aligned with the company’s vision, brand positioning, and market trends.
