Merchandise Executive

Prepare purchase orders for product lines/categories and update sales performance and order status for the sales team
Control defective products and report compliance issues
Research and develop House Brand products according to market needs and company goals
Monitor payments, credits, and debits
Coordinate closely with warehouse/accounting when goods arrive
Provide support to the team and management as needed.
Create shipping documents such as Invoice/PKL/Contract... and follow up with forwarders and warehouses
Export and analyze sales data/inventory data as requested
Receive input validation and short/surplus reports for principles
Price setting and updates for accounting, inventory, systems, and sales team
Shipment tracking report and follow up with principle

Computer literate, Intermediate MS Word, Excel skills are a must
Strong communications skills in a multi- cultural environment.
1- 2 years working experience relative Merchandising, Production Planning, Purchasing focus job in Fashion Retail
Able to come up with good new product ideas
Self- disciplined with good organizational skills
Good command of written English
Good analytical skills, problem solving skills and attention to details
Knowing how to use Photoshop software is an advantage

Salary: $450- 650 + Bonus
