Merchandise Manager

- Propose and develop a set of potential new merchandise items for new year with designs and sale forecast
Coordinate with media/ marketing to create contents and post on social media.
- Coordinate with models and players for shooting and promoting on fanpage
Checking messages and response on customers’ inquiry on fanpage and online shop
- Develop and implement a sales plan for Team Flash website as a new sales platform
- Prepare monthly Board of Directors reports
- Research potential distributors
- Inform the general plan to relevant departments to implement design plan, sample development, quote
- Evaluate the current supplier to optimize available strengths and resources (Manufacturing partners).
- Ensuring quality of goods when purchasing
- Develop new suppliers to supplement new product lines
- Prepare daily reports and updates for accountants
- Keep track of progress between departments to ensure that the purchase is in the right season
- Build close relationships with partners
- Make sure the purchase price is at the best price with the best quality.
- Develop a purchase plan based on the analysis of the previous season and forecast the trends of the new season

- Bachelor&039;s degree in Apparel/Textile, Marketing, Business- Administration, Retail or a related field
- Ability to work under pressure
- Search for new suppliers, negotiation skills, analytical ability
- Sense of value, sociability, teamwork skills, positive communication
- Must be creative and detail- oriented
- Willingness to try new categories. Actively seek out new categories and suppliers
- Computer skills (Word, Excel…)
- English is a must
- Communication skills
