Merchandise/ Procurement Manager (Sport / Fashion Retail Industry)

The successful candidate will oversee the below activities:
• Market research, historical data analysis.
• Communicate with business partners in HQ.
• In charge of building the strategic buying plan for the assigned category.
• Inventory Management.
• Plan and deliver merchandise to stores across Vietnam.
• Merchandise allocation.
• Monitor and analyze business performance.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build strategic business plans to sell goods to hit the targets.
• Follow closely sales seasons, events, new arrivals of the market to optimize stock level.
• Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipments.
• Other: Support global procurement initiatives and deliver solutions to improve and streamline the processes.
• Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
• Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentation of the brand when needed frequency.
• Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget.
• For retail: Manage product allocation to stores, and monitoring item replenishment in order to ensure products availability in stores.
• Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
• Master file management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus.
• Good listening, presentation in both Vietnamese and English.
• More than 3-year experience in international merchandising/ Procurement.
• Knowledgeable in development and execution of procurement and procedures to a high standard as well as a basic knowledge of supplier relationship management process.
• Working experience in Fashion / Sport Retail industry IS MUST.
• Fluent in spoken & written English.
