RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analize & Strategy Plan
Analysis of market information; follow competitors for new developments and trends in order to be up to date on the situation on each item.
Observation of the activities of competitors; collect data to make up- to- date information available on the activities of competitors.
Present Yearly & Quarter Plan to BOD for approve.
Present Monthly Plan to Store managers, Store management.
Supplier Management
Sharing Negotiations result; Reporting, Summarize, Meeting
Communicate with supplier to guarantee smooth operation and invoice checking
Searching for New Supplier and analyzing new suppliers (Manufacturer & Vendor)
Sourcing factory and Suppliers
Negotiation; Item Select, Promotion, BSC Condition
Prepare Report for "Product Meeting"
Sales and Operation:
Maintain Assortment and Replacement
Plan for seasonal promotion and event
Running Sales Promotion / Event
Floor planning for planogram
Store visiting and Checking the Display Situation
Running Renovation / New Store (Supplier Arrange, Coordination of Deps...)
Product Development:
Propose idea for product development
Compliance:
Keep Transparent and Trustful Transaction
Check Branding Effect of each Product
Document Control (check supplier&039;s document also)
Check official requirement for sales (License, copy right)
Physical VM:
Manage suppliers&039; relationship and VM budget
Responsible for the work out on display point and layout
Provide training to store personnel on VM techniques and standards.
Support new store display VMD
Control Window Display Standards
Lead the production of visual merchandising displays based on launches needs in all POS, manage the production quality and delivery to stores.
Effectively liaise with GM (General Manager) whenever necessary to enhance the standard display.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge:
From College and above
Have knowledge in Product Development is a plus.
Purchasing experience, deep knowledge about Non- food categories, newest labor market situation.
Experience:
2+ years of experience a similar role in Retail industry
Skills:
Proficiency in both written and spoken English (Work directly with foreign Manager).
Good at coordinating and communication.
Problem- solving skill, communication skill, negotiation skill
Expertise in product development.
Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.
Ability to understand customer and market dynamics.
Creative and logical thinking, have good sense of decoration
