· Customer Inquiry Management
Receive, process, and provide necessary information to fulfill customer inquiries
Assess internal capabilities, such as product technical feasibility, production capacity, quality standards, to determine if orders can be fulfilled to customer specifications
Accurately identify client needs and product requirements relating to technical specifications, quality standards, delivery expectations, cost parameters, and more.
· Order Coordination and Execution
Communicate promptly and transparently with customers to provide updates on progress, address any potential issues proactively, and maintain positive relationships
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Research & Development, Planning, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met
Construct and coordinate comprehensive order execution plan, clearly identifying necessary milestones, timelines, and people- in- charge to fulfill customer orders
· Customer Demand Analysis
Collect, consolidate, and maintain an overview of order details, ensuring alignment between customers’ requirements and factory resources and capabilities
Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that can inform strategic decisions, helping shape the company’s strategy to better meet customer needs and respond to changing demand patterns

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese

Bachelors’ degree
