Merchandiser

Monitor and arrange container booking with the factory and forwarder properly, in coordination with the schedule
Follow up status of quotations, orders, production status, PPS, shipping, inspection...
Keep in order all documents related to new development and orders, according to the filing system.
Follow up on the quotation status from production, and the accuracy of information provided.
Preparing or checking shipping documents.
Keep a proper record and filing of all information
- Join the trip with the team or buyer if having new development. Assist merchandiser to make recap if any.
Maintain and updating of MR SOP, Price Lists, and Sales Achievement
Other tasks to assist the merchandiser will be appointed if any.
Support fair activities

2 years of experience as sales/merchandiser/marketing in a similar or related industry.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
University graduate (in International trade/business would be preferred)
Meticulous and attention to detail, ability to organize and keep neat
Have fluent business English, and the confidence to talk to customers in English

Others follow the Vietnam labor code
