Merchandiser (Material Executive - Chinese language)

· Material information collection
- Collect material risk assessment/ limitation/ heat limitation/ washing condition from vendor
- Create master chart by style level from development TP/BOM
- Track & check the RMDS detail information (MOQ/ Price/ LT…) information from Nike vs T2 confirmation info.
- Collect the approved fabric quality/ Face and back side
- Collect the material production allocation to define shipping term and payment
- Check the Item description and work back with Product team & T2 to verifying for any discrepancy found
- Collect testing report/ testing standard from vendor
Collect the new material development requirement from customer
- Collect fabric quality/ price/ MOQ/ LT…etc from vendor
Submit to customer for quality approval.
· Quality Management
- Tracking the in- house lab material test result
- Arrange material to in- house lab do test in case quality concern
Arrange fabric to trim vendor for heat application testing
· Buy Ready
- Making meeting recap and follow up the pending issue
- Communicate with vendor and make sure material quality and LD approved before Buy Ready
- Preparing, Updating & Sharing the material dash boards chart
Arrange related support document to release buy ready
· Support & Others/ Hỗ trợ và thực hiện những nhiệm vụ khác
- Perform other task was assigned by team Leader or Manager to support other team incase
- Attend meeting with cross functional team based on specific subject
- Monitoring & evaluation the supplier’s accroding to ISO&039;s requirement
- Attend management meeting & Development Activities meeting
- ERP system- Material library set up/ Hệ thống ERP
Attend the training from external & internal

· University majoring in textile technology or related field (Chinese)
- Basic knowledge & understanding of the garment field
- At least >1 Year of experience or with the same position in the company
- Understand ERP or any similar data system management
- Do well in Excel.
- Understanding of material consumption calculate
- Good Chinese, English certificate – Rather than Understanding the reading document and basic writing via email communicate
