Present Monthly Plan to Store managers, Store management
Observation of the activities of competitors; collect data to make up- to- date information available on the activities of competitors
Analysis of market information; follow competitors for new developments and trends in order to be up- to- date on the situation on each item

Supplier Management

Sharing Negotiations result; Reporting, Summarize, Meeting
Sourcing factory and Suppliers
Searching for New Supplier and analyzing new suppliers (Manufacturer & Vendor)
Communicate with supplier to guarantee smooth operation and invoice checking
Negotiation; Item Select, Promotion, BSC Condition
Prepare Report for "Product Meeting"

Sales and Operation

Maintain Assortment and Replacement
Running Renovation / New Store (Supplier Arrange, Coordination of Deps...)
Plan for seasonal promotion and event
Running Sales Promotion / Event
Floor planning for planogram
Store visting and Checking the Display Situation

Product Development

Propose idea for product development

Compliance

Document Control (check supplier&039;s document also)
Check Branding Effect of each Product
Check official requirement for sales (License, copy right)
Keep Transparent and Trustful Transaction

From College and above
Retail Merchandising experience, deep knowledge of one of following categories:
Kitchen & Household
Garden, Plant & Pet
Healthcare, Daily use or Cosmetics
3+ years of merchandising experience in Retail industry
Attention to Customer demands
Logical thinking, Negotiate skill, Analytical skill
Innovative, possess the ability to problem- solve, and work well within a team
Hard working, dynamic and driven
Have knowledge in Product Development is a plus.
Presentation Skill
Deep thinking of customer insight
English skill (Daily communication)
