Merchandiser (Order management)

Manage the production delivery against customer order request.
· Coordinate with planning for production plan against capacity and order fill rate.
· Work out with production on flexible planning.
Manage the cost incurred based on target.
· Approved material ordering quantity.
· Manage leftover utilization
· Control material utilization
Coordinate with customer, functional team and suppliers in delivering the best service as required by the company.
· Coordinate with factory for production issue.
· Deal with customer request on order deliver
Monitor the development of the team based on KPI targets.
· Manage work deadlines
· Manage developmental growth
· Manage turnover rate
· Manage work load allocation

Bachelor’s Degree
5 Years Experience on the following:
Merchandising
Planning
With Mathematical Analysis and Formulation
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Middle management Experience is a plus.
Able to communicate and comprehend English working instructions
