SAMPLE
Sending emails to customer and factory team.
Ordering fabric, sample and trims with overseas supplier and also in Vietnam.
Follow- up skills and ensure all fabric and trims ordered on time and got in house in factory on time.
To read TP&039;s and explain to CAD team.
Weekly update fabric and trims status summary to factory team.
Do payment process.
Do the merchandising process, be able to control each process to be completed on time.
Update all sample details in PLM and in excel sheet and share status with factory and customer.
Follow up development, fit, PP sample and all related samples and sent to customer on time.
Communicate with internal and factory teams, Overseas Offices and Customers.
Dealing/communicating with overseas buyer on regular basis, and be able to tactfully manage and nurture relationship with buyer.
Follow up status of order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection).

Education: College/ University Degree.
Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Need to negotiating skill and proper follow- up
Be able to work well under high pressure and towards tight deadlines/ Hard- working and responsibility
Ability to work individually and in group.
At least 02 years&039; experience merchandiser position
