Checking cost sheet.
Send material list to purchasing & follow up material in house
Approved PL & test invoice before shipment
Order status follow up
Send 3rd party Inspection booking according to customer’s request
Update WIP to customer every week.
Checking/reviewing customer’s manual and requirements from sample development, testing, till shipments.
Making T&A
Update orders & raw materials for each order to planning & highlight if any affected order
Daily communication with Business unit
Send samples as required by each customer, each order
Work with customers to get information related to orders such as the number of orders, technical standards.
Make summary for planning open CO once received new order.
Make trim card with new style/color
Sending weekly order status to BUM
Work with related departments to prepare necessary information for production such as raw color sheets, technical documents, packing instructions…
Consolidate all the necessary details for costing and send to all related parties.

REQUIREMENTS:

Background in Textile preferred
Having strong English communation skills
College graduated or above
Having computer skills
Experience in Garment preferred
