Merchandiser

- Dealing/ communicating with overseas buyer on regular basis, and be able to tactfully manage and nurture relationship with buyer.
- Update all sample details in PLM and in excel sheet and share status with factory and customer.
- Sending emails to customer and factory team.
- Follow up status of order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection).
- To ensure all fabric and trims ordered on time and got in house in factory on time.
- To read and understand TP’s and explain to CAD team.
- Weekly update fabric and trims status summary to factory team.
- Doing the merchandising process of garment production/ sample/ trimp and control each process to be completed on time.
- Ordering fabric, sample and trims with overseas supplier and also in Vietnam and do payment process.
- Follow up development, fit, PP sample and all related samples and sent to customer on time.
- Communicate with internal and factory teams, Overseas Offices and Customers.
