Identifying trends and making sales predictions based on product popularity, past sales data, industry trade publications and information gained by attending product shows.
Comparing sales data for products team handle and make recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low.

Perform other related duties as required under the direction of Merchandising manager.

Leads others to work efficiently by delegate and monitor.
Require strategic thinking.
Acts strategically by analyzing issues and problems.
Proficient in English (Comprehension, verbal, and writing).
Demonstrate Interpersonal Skills in coaching people and resolve conflicts.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Offices tools.
At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.

Bachelor degree on business administration or any related field.
