Merchant Content Designer

● Oversee content production project portfolio including initiating, prioritizing, tracking, timely delivering, evaluating in order to meet business requirements.
● In charge of the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts and photos
● Assist Line Manager in other tasks assigned
● Collaborating with the Content and Creative team to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, websites, and other promotional material
● Reviewing content/design for websites, social media pages
● Responsible for the concept design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a communication digital tool, such as a website.

● Understanding of SEO best practices
● Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
● Prior job experience in web traffic metrics, HTML, and web publishing
● A Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, literature, marketing, art/design or other related fields
● Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content
● Detail-oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills, excellent research, and multi-tasking skill.
● A strong portfolio of illustrations/graphics
● Proficiency with design software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
● The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
