Merchant Technical Support Associate

Get to know the role: Providing BAEMIN partner merchants with top-notch technical experience (app, device and system)
Responsibility:
POS (Point-of-Sales) Service:
- Assure high-quality POS service to merchants nationwide:
+ How: monitor field-deployment staff & vendors; work closely with Ops KAM, Sales & cross-functional teams; directly handle escalated/ special cases;
+ Ensure all inquiries are solved timely and accurately;
+ What: POS service includes but is not limited to deploying new devices, checking/ repairing/ replacing deployed devices;
- Manage POS-related SOPs, workflows & vendors;
- Manage POS stock activities nationwide, tasks include: procurement/ purchase; warehouse management; transportation; repairing & insurance;
- Deep-dive POS performance and merchant behaviors, then initiate/ lead improvement projects to improve merchant operation and/ or experience;
Technical Support:
- Build internal technical guidelines for app features, releases, bugs/ issues;
- Actively contribute to product improvement projects, especially during demo/ testing phase;
- Work closely with Merchant Support Center, Tech division & related teams to directly handle escalated/ special technical cases, ensuring all inquiries are solved timely and effectively;
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Experience: 1-2+ years working for internet/ tech/ or app service; experience in operation management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business fields or a related field
Skills/Knowledge:
- Professional working English skills – written & verbal
- Resourcefulness & creative problem solving skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Effective communication, collaboration & teamwork
- Logistics/ warehouse management skills are plus
- Know how to use a variety of smart devices (POS, smartphone, , etc.) & can perform basic check-up
- Familiar with system configuration and feature management
