What You’ll Do

Research consumer behavior, winning products, and creative trends to identify opportunities.
Continuously test and iterate ad angles, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithms, and emerging ad trends.
Track and analyze campaign data (ROAS, CPA, CVR) and report actionable insights.
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for DTC products across multiple markets.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high- performing ads.

1–3 years of hands- on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, or Google).
Good English reading/writing skills for market research and ad analysis.
Proven record of scaling profitable ad campaigns.
Creative, data- driven, and thrives in a fast- paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read data and spot growth opportunities.
E- commerce or agency experience preferred.
