Job purpose
To support Operation Manager in social performance indicator, survey, and fundraising as well as promoting the understanding of key stakeholders on MF Program through marketing and communication plans.
Major Responsibilities:
Social performance (40%)
- Develop SPM tool including House hold survey for all clients, Child well- being survey, clients satisfactory survey, market survey, Microfinance valuation survey, competitor survey/assessment, clients turnover survey, etc…
- Act as a focal person on Social Performance Measurement (SPM).
- Ensure the MVC ratio, poor and near poor clients ratio, female clients ratio, clients with children ratio, clients improve income ratio and other Social performance ratios are comply with Business Plan, Risk register and SPI.
- Conduct above survey, analysis survey result and make Social performance reports such as: SPM report, SPI report, child well- being report, MVC/poor/near poor clients report, competitor report, clients satisfactory report, clients turnover report, clients who link with World Vision Vietnam.
Communication and marketing (30%)
- Manage and update Micro Finance Program information on Website of Vision Fund international.
- Marketing need assessment and marketing budget is made for approval annually at the beginning of every fiscal year.
- Assistance is provided to develop and update marketing tools customized to each branch and emerging needs.
- Translation of periodical reports, client case stories from branches to ADP and Donors.
- Organization of marketing events for clients, local partners
- Management of all communication materials and act as resource person to provide materials upon request
- Develop plan and ensure the marketing implementation for opening new branches. Develop and provide marketing tool and ensure the effectiveness in new branches. Support Operation Manager and Branch Manager in marketing activities of new branches.
- Consultation and support is provided to the Operation Manager and the Branch Managers to implement marketing and client development strategy to achieve targets of branches and MF Program.
Fundraising and donors communication (30%)
- Review biannual reports to Support Office (donors) and respond to SO for every requirement/question
- Prepare proposal for fund raising including conduct/ hire consultant for market survey, finalize market survey report, work with Operation Manager for writing fund raising proposal.
- Follow up with fund raising proposal and respond donors.
