• Being the central point of contact between Business/Client IT Team and Dynamics AMS team
• 2nd level IT support, troubleshooting, investigation issues of AX 2012, D365 FO and other internal applications
• Managing Change Request (system modification request) from Users
• Identify system gap, Propose Solution and Improvement for business, Maintain application system security
• Managing internal and external stakeholder communications

• Leadership and able to make decisions in fast and effective way
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment
• Smart, strong analytical and problem- solving skills
• A result- oriented individual who thrives working in a fast- paced environment.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and written)
• Experience in SQL, Business Process, Finance/Tax is a huge plus
• 5 years as IT with Functional Skills (AX 2009, AX 2012, D365 FO/NAV) Trade Logistic, Finance, Production
• Experienced as Functional Consultants with clients from multiple industries (manufacture, distribution, retails, etc)
• Self- motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
