Microsoft Customer Service Specialist

• Attends readiness training and non- technical training to ensure that they become proficient in support topics. Product/Process Improvement.
• Review issues and contact global customers to understand problems via audio call/email. Ensures customers stay informed as to the status/solution of their issue.
• Collaborates on cross- team and cross- product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
• Log analysis and other proprietary tools analyze problems and develop solutions for customer needs.
AVAILABLE TO WORK ROTATION SHIFT ON- SITE ( 6AM- 3PM and 1PM- 10PM)

• At least 3 years of working experience in Global customer- facing roles (BPO/Call Center).
• Having leadership experience is an advantage.
• A customer- focused mindset with the ability to provide exceptional service.
• Strong proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 800 or higher).
• A genuine passion for IT and a desire to grow within the industry.

• Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
• 12 days of annual leave, and 8 days of sick leave.

• Training will be offered in 1st month.
