Position Summary:

You will be the leading technical consultant for the identified Dynamics Module / Capability,  providing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics to help the organisation drive their identified business capabilities in the relevant area. The modules to be implemented include F&O, CRM Sales, Customer Insights, and Commerce. We are looking for suitable experienced candidates to lead in one or more of the solution areas and Dynamics modules

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements related to Dynamics 365 CRM/FO/CS/Commerce and provide technical solutions.


• Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations


• Perform system configurations, customizations, and data migrations


• Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts to enhance the functionalities.


• Advise clients on best practices for implementing and optimising to meet their business needs.


• Collaborate with other consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting


• Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for Commerce solutions.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and related technologies.


• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.


• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365.


• Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Commerce/CRM/FO/CS


• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, ReactJS, and SQL used for building customizations


• Experience with Azure services and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.


• Knowledge of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are preferred.

• Working time: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday
