Microwave Engineer

The Microwave Transmission Engineer will be required to work within a team of MW engineers to perform operating, planning, troubleshooting, upgrading and optimization activities with a transmission network on service.
• Microwave network KPIs daily, weekly, monthly report to customer.
• Material Management for MW spare part .
• Implementation of new features on EMS and MW product to meet customer requirements.
• To do technical issue analysis, problem solving, and lesson learn draft after error fixing.
• Prepare technical draft for network planing, upgrading, link implementation and remote support to on- site technician.
• Microwave Transmission Engineer will be responsible for MW network KPIs, troubleshooting and network performance improvement
• Collaborate with R&D and other departments for technical support if need it.
• Provides support on sites (Vietnamese provinces)

• Problem solving skill in strictly time.
• Able to prepare and analyse MW KPIs report.
• Solid knowledge in MW transmission and familiar with MW Planning tools Pathloss 4.0 and 5.0.
• Other Requirements: Education of BS or MS in Electronic & Telecommunications Engineering.Had better engaged in the MW maintenance of the VNM project before.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in Microwave Transmission. Familiar with E// MW(such as Minilink, Marconi, MNLH), ZTE MW(NR8000), Huawei MW product.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Team working, open communication and ability to work in international team.
• Familiar with configuration and troubleshooting for these kinds of MW equipment.
• Familiar with E// MW EMS,ZTE MW EMS,NEC MS5000 EMS software and operation.
Must: Good in English speaking, reading and writing
Should: Skillful at data processing by MS Excel and presentation by MS Power Point
Must: Solid knowledge in MW transmission theory and field maintenance
Must: Teamwork/ Collaboration skills, ability to travel sporadically, onsite debugging and work overtime if need
