Silentium is a software consulting company focusing on building products for our partners, mainly in Europe. At the moment, we are partnering with doctor associations in Germany to build next- gen software to serve the German market.
*Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop excellent React Native Applications while maintaining high- quality code.
- Release applications to Google Play and Apple Store
- Work closely with the Product Manager, Product Designer, and other developers to deliver the product.
- Develop and maintain applications using Node.js, ReactJS, and React Native
- Work with the Native Module as needed
- Write unit and integration tests for Mobile
- Taking care of the Continuous Delivery pipeline for Mobile to guarantee the continuity of the delivery
- You’ll take extreme ownership of your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you perform to the level you and your product team agreed on upfront.
*Skill and experience requirements:
- Experience with writing Unit tests, integration tests, and end- to- end tests using frameworks like (Jest, AVA, Cypress, Playwright, etc)
- 2 years of professional React- native development experience
- Experience working with handling Cryptography, handling sensitive data on the App would be a plus
- Keep yourself updated, mobile development is moving too fast for us to stay still
- Experience working with Swift, Objective- C, or Java (on Android) would be a plus
- Professional and be a TEAM PLAYER, because we can move nowhere without a team.
- A critical thinking and product mindset.
- At least 4 years of professional development experience, proficient in the JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystems.
- Very self- motivated, proactive working style. We move as a team where each and every team member reaches out for problem to solve, not the other way around
*Interview process
Screening Test: A straightforward test at application. Please provide a submission timeline once you understand the requirements. Feedback will be given within one working day.
Technical Interview: Discussion with the Team Leader and Sub Lead to assess your technical skills (around 1- 2 hours).
Final Feedback: Provided within three working days.
Peer- to- Peer Interview: Meet with your potential teammates (Product Manager, Designer, and other developers).
