Mid Java Dev

Collaborate with the development team to understand business requirements and ensure the converted code meets those needs.
Translate VB.NET code into clean, well- structured Java code using Spring frameworks (Spring Boot preferred).
Design and document detailed design specifications for the converted Java code, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Analyze and understand existing VB.NET codebases, focusing on business logic and functionalities.
Develop and implement unit tests for the converted Java code to guarantee code quality and reliability.

Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
Prior experience working with Japanese customers is a plus.
Experience working with Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.)
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Ability to read, understand, and translate VB.NET code effectively ( can be train )
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito is a plus.
Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.
2- 4 years of experience as a Java developer with a solid understanding of core Java concepts (OOP, collections, concurrency, etc.)
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly across teams.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

English required (TOEIC >= 600 or equivalent).
Japanese skill is a plus
