Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers in an agile environment. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QC team members.
API and Backend Testing: Conduct in- depth API testing using tools like Postman to ensure seamless data exchange and backend functionality.
Test Planning and Strategy: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing features on our mobile application.
Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira with clear and concise reports, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs.
Manual and Automated Testing: Perform thorough manual testing to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues. You will also be expected to contribute to and maintain our automated testing scripts.
Regression and Performance Testing: Execute regression tests to ensure that bug fixes do not introduce new issues and participate in performance and load testing to guarantee app stability.
Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
