Mid QA Engineer (QA QC, Tester, Business Analyst)

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing aviation software startup seeking a motivated and experienced Middle- Level Tester with Business Analyst skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, business processes and a passion for ensuring the quality of digital products.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve bugs and issues
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools
* Develop and maintain testing plans and test cases for software applications
* Execute manual tests to validate the functionality and performance of software applications
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
* Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues
* Translate business needs into detailed functional and non- functional specifications.
* Report and track defects using project management tools

Yêu cầu công việc

* (Nice to have & not required) Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar
* Good English skills
* Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to write clear and concise test cases and bug reports
* Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes.
* 3- 5 years of experience in software testing
* Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
