Business Analyst/ Product Owner!
You will:
We are looking for 2 headcounts (1 Sen in HCMC, 1 Mid in Hanoi/HCM) for this role.

Cooperate well with our agile team to deliver amazing work.
Support and report directly to the Product Manager.
Work closely with insurance experts to gather requirements.
Supervise team members (For Senior level)
Provide detailed specifications with the mockup, workflow, and rules for user stories and acceptance criteria.

At least 5 years of senior level and 3 years of mid- level business analyst or product owner experience in software.
Passion for building enterprise products and starting from scratch with domain experts.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in working with the Agile development team.
Proven ability in typical BA skill set – requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modeling techniques, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques.
“Can- Do” spirit & Work under pressure.

For Senior level:

Experience in cross- domain and big projects.
Experience in leading teams and monitoring project performance.

Nice to have

Good English skills in communication and documentation
Having experience in B2B systems
BA/PO/PM qualification.
Strong capacity to learn new business and systems with attention to details
Familiar with Agile principles, tools (Jira), and techniques
Enthusiastic and supportive team player, reliable and responsible
Financial services or insurance experience is a plus
