Currently we’re expanding our business and seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to design and implement backend systems that power our in- house platforms and enable the company to scale. In this role, you&039;ll collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop new features, tackle complex technical challenges, and contribute to the development of a scalable and reliable platform.
Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of clean, high- quality, and maintainable code.
Design, implement, and maintain backend systems that support the company&039;s growth and scalability.
Debug and resolve complex issues, including performance bottlenecks, scale challenges, and bugs across the stack.
Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to define and refine feature specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as stuck jobs in message queues or bugs in backend services.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong expertise in building and maintaining HTTP/RESTful APIs and object- oriented programming principles.
Strong understanding of design patterns and their application in software architecture.
Proficiency in working with both synchronous and asynchronous technologies.
4+ years of experience in Backend and Web Development, with 2+ years working with Java and Spring Framework.
Advanced knowledge of the Spring Framework and its modules, including Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring OAuth2, Spring AOP, and Spring Cloud.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and its application in CMS development.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams using English.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Previous experience in AI integration within CMS systems. (Nice to have)
Hands- on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
Solid experience with Git and version control systems.
