Mid/Senior Backend Nodejs Developer

Working in the backend team to many services using microservices architecture. Such as
Asynchronous notification service to push notifications via Firebase, email
Membership services include payments, subscriptions account
A nested group structure and use RBAC to control member permission.
Newsfeed system as a social platform includes: Timeline, Post, Comment, Reaction features... etc
EVM- based Dapp integration.
Admin portal.
Write efficient, testable, maintainable, and scalable code to implement Backend APIs
Write documentation, conduct cross- reviews, and provide technical support for junior members.
Design solutions and architecture for Beincom’s services

Must have:

Good working attitude, problem- solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Experience with NestJS or Express JS.
Experienced working on Redis for caching/speeding up system performance.
2+ years of experience in Backend development, at least 1 year in NodeJs (Javascript/Typescript)
Experience with ORM such as TypeORM, and Sequelize.
Experience with unit testing (using Jest, Mocha, etc.).
Enjoy technical challenges and are eager to explore new technologies
Experience with relational (Postgres,...) and non- relational (MongoDB,...) databases.
English reading skills to understand spec documents, requirements, etc
Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Nice to have:

Experience in improving performance through caching, indexing, maintenance, and optimizing SQL queries and transactions.
Experienced in developing distributed systems on top of microservices architecture, event- driven architecture using NodeJs, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. is highly welcome.
Experience implementing full- text search using ElasticSearch.
Having experience or knowledge of Clean Architecture.
Experience in developing a news feed and notification system (social media platform) is a big plus.
Having knowledge of CI/CD (argoCD), cloud platforms (prefer AWS), and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of Clean Code and popular software development principles such as SOLID.

Competitive income: $900 – $2200
100% salary during the probation period.
Based on your work result with normally 2 times review per year.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

We will have a brief phone interview first (first round) and an online test (if applicable).
If you pass the phone interview and the online test, we will have an in- person interview regarding expertise (second round)
If you pass the second round, we will have an in- person interview regarding cultural fit (final round).If you pass the final round, you will undergo a 2- month probation before becoming a full member.
