Mid/Senior UI-UX Designer: 01 UX - 01 UI

The UX DESIGNER will be a key member of our team. This individual will have a significant impact on the user experience for all desktop and mobile properties in the company&039;s portfolio. The UX Designer will be in charge of understanding stakeholder requirements, researching, and analyzing user needs, and creating site architectures and wireframes that enhance conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Use various strategies and mediums to gather user feedback and tailor the design solution to enhance the user experience.
Refine to develop personas and usage scenarios.
Track and report key conversion metrics to the business and provide recommendations on where further optimizations are required.
Collaborate with a cross- functional team of Product Owners, UX Writers, UI Designers, and Engineers in the product development process to ensure the implementation fully represents your work.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Make strategic design and user- experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

As A UI DESIGNER,
you are the key person to cultivating the product spirit to give users the best experience from using Beincom apps. The nature of work is challenging but fulfilling.

Create visual design assets, including icons, graphics, and illustrations that align with the brand guidelines
Conduct usability testing, and A/B testing via prototypes before implementation
Stay up- to- date with emerging technology and design trends to drive innovative human interface design
Collaborate with Product Owners, and UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile apps
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and solutions
Define and maintain design systems, guidelines, and UI kits
Conduct end- user interface testing to ensure your final work meets the "perfect pixels"
Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide guidance on UI development best practices

MID/ SENIOR UX DESIGNER: 1000- 1800$ gross
Must have:

At least 3 years or more of industry experience in UX design. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
Portfolios of your own design and project deliverables are MUST- HAVE
Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, FigJam, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq... and the like is a must.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
A solid grasp of user- centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

Nice to have

Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

MID/ SENIOR UI DESIGNER: 800- 1500$ gross
Must have

Minimum 3+ years of professional UI design with cross- platform on the web and mobile app focus (Android, iOS, etc)
Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy- to- use solutions
Ability to create lo- fi and hi- fi wireframes, prototypes, and screen flow using common tools such as Miro, Whimsical, Bravo, or related tools
Advanced experience with Figma and design systems. Understanding of component- driven atomic design, token design concept
Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with team members
Solid understanding of common user interface engagement behaviors according to devices. Very strong attention to detail and consistency in design

Nice to have

Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets, and other blockchain- based applications is preferred
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred
Able to think out of the box and eager to design an iconic product that supports the lives of millions of people
