Mid VMware Engineer

Scope of work:
• Operation and Maintenance of VMware vCenter, ESXi and other VMware products.
• Design, Implement, Operate, and Manage the VMware- based cloud platform.
• Troubleshooting, Root cause analysis, and fixing problems.
• Ensure systems are secure by implementing best practices for patch management and
vulnerability management.
• Create system documentation as needed, including architectural diagrams, operation process
and data flowcharts.

Skills and Experience:
MUST:
• Capability to design, implement, operate, and manage VMware vCenter, ESXi and other
VMware products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across a complex organization.
• 1+ years of experience as a VMware engineer
• Knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP fundamentals)
• 1+ years of experience of VMware- based system or platform operation.
• Experience and knowledge of Linux and Windows Server OS.
• Intermediate English.
BETTER TO HAVE:
• VMware Advanced Certified Engineer 6.5 or 7.0
• Experience with the management and operational use of monitoring tools such as Zabbix,
• Experience with VMware system over 10 ESXi hosts.
