Middle Business Analyst

Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation in English, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user manuals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives.
Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post- implementation.
Support testing efforts and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines.

Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
At least 2 years of experience in documenting business processes and requirements for e- commerce projects
Comfortable English
